Terms and Conditions
- The mentioned date for starting of online course is tentative and may get extended. Students will be updated on the same, if any changes are made.
- Mankavit Law Academy will not be responsible for delay in the completion of course due to illness of the teacher or due to any other unforeseen situation that may arise.
- Mankavit Law Academy does not guarantee 100 percent result/success.
- Mankavit Law Academy provides students’ with a non transferrable right to access and use the video lectures and study materials. Student can access video lectures for a limited time until the completion of course. Sharing of materials, for whatsoever purpose, shall attract legal consequences.
- The course duration is around 8 to 12 months, after which the right to watch lectures will be revoked.
- The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, and no refund request will be entertained.
- The access to materials and video lectures will be revoked IMMEDIATELY in case of failure to pay the monthly instalment without prior approval.
- Mankavit Law Academy reserves the right to cancel the enrolment of any student in case of indiscipline.
- Mankavit Law Academy reserves the right to cancel the enrolment of any student in case of activities like account sharing or password sharing.
- The fees shall be paid by NEFT/IMPS or any other mode agreed to by the Institute. Cash payment will not be accepted.
- Students’ account will be activated only after completion of all the required steps.
- Mankavit Law Academy reserves the right to login to student account to check their activities. Any malicious activities like trying to download the video lecture, sharing of account etc will lead to cancellation of their registration. A legal suit may also be instituted for the same.
- All disputes shall be subject to Ranchi jurisdiction only.
- We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove provisions of this agreement at any time. You should check this agreement periodically for changes. By using our services after we post any changes to this agreement, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them.
- Mankavit Law Academy reserves absolute right to publish student’s result for promotion purposes, and we can demand student’s login credentials to check results. Not providing the credentials will lead to de-activation of your account.
- Failing to pay the installment payment within 1 month of the due date will result into revocation of the contract. The paid fee will not be refunded and you will not be allowed to subsequently login.
- Copying, downloading, distribution etc of the audio, video, study materials and other contents, for whatsoever purpose, is strictly prohibited and would attract legal consequences for the same. All copyright over the audio, video, materials and other content belongs exclusively to MANKAVIT LAW ACADEMY.
